My film short, The Musician has just won the "Award of Recognition: African American" at the Best Shorts Competition. Lets hope this is the first of many awards and projects. I am looking forward to developing more successful projects with others in the Sacramento film community. I am grateful for the networking opportunities provided by the California Film Foundation and the future collaborative efforts I know will happen in the future.
