The Sacramento Film Festival NorCal All-Stars series has featured some incredible artists. This year is no different as we welcome many new local films including a home-coming for one of Sacramento's native sons, Timothy Busfield, who brings his tremendous new film, co-starring his wife, Melissa Gilbert, entitled One Smart Fellow.
