I’m currently working on a documentary which will re-create with actors the beginning story of how six addicts got into drugs.

My question to you is, we have to do a scene in a jail, but I’ve heard that it’s pretty difficult to get a permit to shoot there because of security issues. Is there any place in Sacramento that might have a room that could pass for a jail cell? There’s a short scene where one of the addicts is in his cell praying and it’s essential that he does this in what should pass for a jail cell. Also we’ll need to find a costume for a prisoner (maybe orange overalls?) and a cot which could pass as a bed in jail. Any help you can give us would be most appreciated!
