- Writer: screenplays, novels (2 published, under my maiden name, Cheryl Fluty), newspaper & magazine columnist.
- About me - current project:
- I am now putting together a crew to make a 30-minute comedy film. I need a camera person (preferably with own equipment), an editor, sound people, grips, electrician, prop & costume master, a special effects person and a makeup artist. I also need a few actors: 10-12 year old kid, preferably a boy; adults to play a PR person and a secretary to a goth band; a ghostly swami and several celebrity impersonaters, especially Elvis and late night hosts David Letterman, Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien.
I also have several feature-length screenplays (Defending Drake; Double Threat) and my novels (Nefertiti, Immortal Queen; and The Lost Queen: Ankhsenamun, Widow of King Tutankhamun) produced as feature motion pictures.
- Laurels, awards and other accomplishments:
- BA, Stanford, Psychology; all but thesis for PhD, Psychopharmacology & MS, Pharmacology, Indiana University; MBA, International Management, Golden Gate University. Was one of the people who designed the UC Berkeley Extension's Project Management Certificate & supporting courses; founded Golden Gate's MS/MBA in Project Management. Managed multi-$100 million drug development projects for Syntex for 15 yrs.

More career accomplishments:
Editor-in-chief, The Graduate newspaper at Indiana University (& for my own constituents in grad school government, The Almost Daily Toilet Paper - it was a truly captive audience!); & the newsletter of the Northern California Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
Taught undergraduate courses in Psychopharmacology at IU, and Biofeedback, Monterey Peninsula College. Taught undergraduate & graduate courses in Project Management at Golden Gate University.
Was a civilian shrink for the Dept. of the Army at Ft. Ord for 6 years, doing individual, family & group psychotherapy, biofeedback, neuropsychiatric testing, child abuse prevention, marriage counselling & sex therapy.
Wrote high-tech advice column for Sacramento Bee & Prosper Magazine.
