Graduated with Honors and Awards from UC- Santa Barbara. Earned a BA in English. Graduated in top segment of class from UOP - McGeorge School of Law with a Concentration in Intellectual Property. Successful busines transaction and litigation practice. Obtained a $1.08 Million Arbitration Award against ThinkFilm relating to botched Theatrical Release of an Independent Film. Have recovered more than $30,000,000 in funds and assets on Plaintiff side of litigation which is only portion of practice.
