An old mountain town is plagued by tragedy igniting suspicions from the locals about a legendary tale of a siren who haunts the waters by Lully Bridge.

Ronnie arrives into town for his nephews wedding and soon has an encounter with the siren. He begins to have strange dreams and visions about his nephew. Conversations with the townspeople lead him to believe that they may have both fallen under her spell.

Pressed for time, he must unravel the mystery that surrounds the town and save his nephew from a watery grave.
