Entertainment entrepeneur Ani Kalafian recently celebrated her 26th in style and you-know-who was there to capture all the action. Please check out my video interview with Ani, as well as our full pictorial of the event below.
Ani first came to my attention as an intern at Pacific Coast TV in the summer 2012. In that time she has proven herself to be a seasoned on-air personality as well as a smart video producer. Together with her co-hostess, the lovely Monica Chan, Ani produces the show PAC COAST LIFE, which explores the wonderful Pacific Coast of San Mateo County and gives viewers an exclusive peek into this amazing lifestyle. Find episodes of Pac Coast Life on the program guide at www.PacificCoast.tv.
When she's not producing Pac Coast Life, Ani is a hospitality professional who frequently books exclusive parties at two bay area hot spots including the Matrix on Fillmore. If you are in need of a hot night spot to host your next birthday party, corporate event or social soirée, post a message to Ani here and we'll be sure she gets your request. Be sure to give her at least several weeks advance notice as she has many demands on the calendar. In return, Ani will see to it that your event is an amazing success.
You'll note on the interview we embedded we asked Ani a little bit about her philosophy on life and how at such a young age she's been able to manage so many amazing opportunities. We found her response quite interesting: "Just go for it, and don't let anyone tell you you can't do it". Here at California Film Foundation, we'd say that is advice for life.
Thanks to Ani Kalafian for allowing us to tag along as she celebrates another fabulous year living the PAC COAST LIFE. In the immortal words of Don Cournelius, we wish Ani peace, love and soul.
