I am seeking a documentary filmmaker to create a video celebrating the lives of Harriet Tubman and other women who effected great progressive change in our history but have been largely under recognized.  I intend to fund it with  grant money and need to work out a budget with a film maker in order to present a proposal.  My estimate is 45 to 60 minutes, and I would like it to be shown in high schools as well as adult events.  I am 58, avid jazz lover and musician, civil rights activist, and dedicated to this project.
