About me - current project:
A seasoned business executive and awards recipient, Harold has written the multi-award winning action/adventure “Devil’s Valley Justice” and conspiracy thriller “The Invisible Messenger” and award winning comedies “The Joy Stik,” and “Matt and the Garden of Eva.”

His international environmental drama about the oil sands, "Destiny of Tar and Feathers," received the Runner Up Award for Best Screenplay at the 2013 Action on Film International Film Festival and was selected in the Best of Category and an Official Finalist at the 2013 Honolulu Film Awards.

Harold's racial drama feature screenplay “Hope is Not a Black and White Rainbow,” was selected as the 2014 WILDsound Screenplay Festival Best Feature Screenplay with a full screenplay reading by professional actors at:

The screenplay was also selected as a top three Screenplay Finalist at the 2012 NYC Harlem International Film Festival; won the 2011 Aloha Accolade Award and was selected as an Official Finalist at the 2010 Las Vegas International Film Festival.

His modern day western action/adventure received the 2013 Mexico International Film Festival Best Screenplay 2nd Place, 2012 Honolulu Film Awards' highest award -- the Gold Kahuna Award for best screenplay and Honorable Mention at the 2012 Las Vegas Film Festival and Los Angeles Movie Awards. “Devil’s Valley Justice,” was also selected for production of a writer’s scene at the 2012 Action on Film International Film Festival, at:

Award winning Performer and Director Anthony De Longis read the short film scene screened during the 2012 film festival.

Harold’s second comedy screenplay, “The Joy Stik,” was selected as an Official Finalist at the 2010 Honolulu International Film Festival. He has also written a family drama “White Water Rescue,” and completed a screenplay on spec for an LA Producer.

In the first half of 2013, Harold completed his first fictional thriller novel, set for publication in 2014. He is currently writing his second thriller and developing his second fictional novel.

Harold has received the award for ‘Most Promising Producer’ in Alberta, where such feature movies as Unforgiven, Broke Back Mountain and Mystery Alaska, a project where he studied the craft as a background actor during a major winter storm disaster, were filmed.

He has appeared in more than fifteen commercials, industrial films; Made for TV Movies and series, and feature films, and worked as a contract producer on number of projects, including a Boreal Forest Documentary.
