"The Walker" is a book project about Charles Earl Boles (Charley). In the early 1870's Charley was working a gold claim near present-day Butte, Montana. Wells Fargo tried to buy his claim, but Charley wouldn't sell, so they bought all the land around him and cut off his water supply. Unable to work his claim, Charley wrote to his wife that he would get even, and he did. Between 1875 and 1883 he robbed Wells Fargo stagecoaches 28 times, as Black Bart...
Laurels, awards and other accomplishments:
"Oberon's Gold" and "The National Exchange"--both entries into the 2014 Foothill Films Competition. Both won. I am also the author of the book "Hugh Glass", which has received nearly 150 five-star ratings on Amazon.com. "The Walker" will be my 7th book to be published.
