Kosher Pig

For insecure 23-year-old Joy Cohen, finding her biological parents would be the icing on the cake.  Born Chinese but raised Jewish American, Joy's dream to meld her two adoptive and biological families to fulfill her idea of the picture perfect life, instead, becomes a roller coaster ride of problems.  When Joy discovers that her biological family is already in Los Angeles (not in China) and owns a local Chinese restaurant called 'The Joy Luck Pig," she sets out to bring her two families together.  With her two families relentlessly butting heads from the start, Joy's journey to find herself through her families goes awry.  She has her work cut out for her, and her happy ending may not be so happy after all.  The conflict that ensues in this three way culture clash (American/Jewish/Chinese) is side-splitting entertaining.
