The Crocker Art Museum has teamed up with CINE SOUL, a Sacramento International Film Festival event, to celebrate the Harlem Renaissance through film. CINE SOUL Director Vincent Dee Miles will be hosting one of the past CINE SOUL award winning short films, "WEAPONS DOWN" produced by Ms. Carla Flemming and directed by Mr. Nick Leisure.
