In today’s busy world, not everyone has the time or access to go to the gym. The good news is that you can still stay fit by doing simple exercises at home. Without any special equipment, these movements can help improve your strength, flexibility, and overall health.
One of the easiest exercises is jumping jacks. This movement is great for warming up and increasing your heart rate. Simply stand upright, then jump while spreading your legs and raising your arms overhead, and return to the starting position. Do this for 30–60 seconds.
Next, push-ups are a classic exercise to strengthen your chest, shoulders, and arms. If it feels too difficult, you can start with your knees on the floor. Aim for 10–15 repetitions depending on your ability.
To work your legs and glutes, squats are highly recommended. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, then lower your body as if sitting on a chair. Keep your back straight throughout the movement. Repeat 10–15 times.
