DESCRIPTION:Film and New Media Symposium:\n\nTransmedia storytelling 
 (also known as transmedia narrative or multiplatform storytelling) 
 is the technique of telling a single story or story experience acros
 s multiple platforms and formats using current digital technologies, a
 nd is not to be confused with traditional cross-platform media franch
 ises,[1] sequels or adaptations.\n\n\nFrom a production standpoint, 
 and for the purpose of MA Events....it involves creating content[2] t
 hat engages an audience using various techniques to permeate their dai
 ly lives.[3] In order to achieve this engagement, a transmedia produc
 tion will develop stories across multiple forms of media in order to d
 eliver unique pieces of content in each channel. Importantly, these pi
 eces of content are not only linked together (overtly or subtly), but 
 are in narrative synchronization with each other.\n\n\nMartin Anaya -

 nd what he has termed \"media convergence\", the cross-pollination of

 \n\nLuis Perez - Founder and Capital Fight District, online gaming or
